Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Standard shipping: estimated 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: estimated 1–3 business days

Free standard shipping is available on orders.

Delivery Estimates Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Remote and regional areas may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@merakiliving.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
